SHIPPING POLICY

 

Eurekaonline ships products worldwide. We endeavour to provide the best shopping experience with both standard and express shipping for our products. Delivery times vary depending on shipping methods and location.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days if in stock. Orders that require special care or out of stock may take up to 7 days to be processed. Orders are only shipped from Monday to Saturdays and delivered from Monday to Friday.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Generally we ship our products worldwide through post and courier. The goods are shipped through Netherlands Post, Aramex, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Depending on country, other shipping methods may be used.

Orders shipped through postal services are delivered within 10 -25 days after processing, while orders delivered through couriers take 3-9 working days depending on customer location.

Delivery may be delayed due to other factors beyond our control, but we will endeavour to communicate through email or any other reliable way when such circumstances arise. 

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or Physical Addresses 

All express shipping products are shipped to physical addresses, and customers are required to indicate their street addresses and not P.O. boxes. For other products without express shipping option, a P.O. Box address is required. If in doubt, please contact us through email or WhatsApp to confirm before you place your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order on our store on the main menu.
